“Take pride in our community by helping to promote the City of Mishawaka in a way that will be attractive for visitors and developers who may use Google Earth to learn more about our city. This contest is a fun way to learn more about geography, architectural design, and computer graphics! The tools you need to enter are free and easy to use. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 entries and one Grand Prize will be awarded for best overall entry from all participants.
Contest Rules:

Building must be within city limits of Mishawaka

Houses will not be accepted

Building must meet Google acceptance criteria

Building must be placed in Google Earth by deadline

You may enter more than one building

Each acceptable building will be judged by three City of Mishawaka GIS Coordinators

Contest deadline 5/31/2011

Winning entries displayed at City Hall and announced on City website on 6/1/2011

Participants will be judged on number of buildings entered, complexity, and quality

Everyone is eligible to enter

Si tratta di tirar su, con SketchUp, gli edifici più rappresentativi della città; lo so che per noi è un po’ fuori mano, per un sopralluogo, però c’è StreetView che può essere d’aiuto.
